Shipping Policy
Our products are made with natural fiber, so Paleae Brasilis is careful when packing your product, so that it does not damage.
Stock orders are processed and shipped from our location in Rio de Janeiro, usually within one to seven business days after ordering. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary depending on the destination of the package.
Note: Transit days are only an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipments made nationally, through Brazil, take around 10 working days to arrive.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the chosen shipping method and the destination address. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Paleae Brasilis is not responsible for packages lost, delayed or stolen. Please contact your local post office to resolve the situation. We will do our best to help you resolve the situation with the carrier. In some cases, this can take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is shipped to the carrier, many factors are beyond our control. If a package is marked as delivered but absent from the delivery point, we cannot be held responsible for refund or replacement.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping fees are calculated at check-out. Enter your shipping destination for this. Pale Brasilis is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives at the destination country. We are currently unable to provide exact delivery times for all destinations. In addition, some international shipments may experience delays at customs. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate additional charges or customs delays. We can suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Return and Exchange Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by Pale Brasilis. Before returning your product, send us an email to [email protected] and inform us about the item you are returning.

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. If you wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to issue a credit or exchange at the store within 14 days after delivery of the returned items in new and unused condition in the original packaging, with a copy of the receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
